Trade in issue

Customer service keeps lying about resolving my tradin credit issue. How do I cancel this account and get my old phone back?

 What value is there in lying to your customers?

While we are unable to cancel and Xfinity Mobile line, you would want to reach out to our Xfinity Mobile team directly to cancel the Xfinity Mobile line at 1-800-XFINITY. I am unsure of the process regarding receiving the traded in device back, but I am sure they would have the answers to address that. What issues are you experiencing with the trade-in?
