Trade in delivered but not given credit

I shipped my trade-in device nearly a month ago. The tracking shows it still in transit, but I spoke to a support person via the chat last week who confirmed the phone actually was received and the promo would be credited within 24 hours. It's been several days, and there is still no credit in my account.
