Trade in credit not received even after 2 months

I had sent two iPhones for trade in 2 months ago and both were delivered together. However they only accepted one for trade in credit and I have still not received the trade in credit for another phone. It is $830 and I am being charged for it monthly. Even after talking to customer service on xfinity app, calling them and visiting the store they are not resolving the issue.
