Told an unlocked phone would work on Xfinity's Network before I bought it

But take a well guess it doesn't work on Xfinity's Network well it does but Xfinity won't allow it on their Network for some reason because it works Verizon it works for X mobile as a matter of fact I can't find a single Network it won't work for except for Xfinity who told me it would work on their Network so I bought it and now it doesn't work on their Network thanks guys.... fun fact if I put somebody else's SIM card into that phone it works on Xfinity just fine so why you lying to me? Why did you take away my credit as soon as I told you I had to get a new phone because my was broken? I don't know Shady stuff going on here now I have a phone I can't use on your network and I have to pay my mobile bill you guys are awesome.... as long as the 5G and R bands are supported on the phone that it's going to uses there's absolutely no reason the phone shouldn't work or can't work on Xfinity's Network so those [Edited: "Language"] about Falls not being compatible is almost irrelevant to these days CDMA is dead so that's not the reason so what is it? I'm just going to root my phone and spoof it to a Samsung or Google pixel or something you guys want all the difference it'll work and then we'll see you in court... you broke contract first not me so let's do this

yes and yes chat no help and not trying to be rude or like Cliche or anything like that...but talking to CS may have been even worse..

The worst part besides the fact that I was told that it would work on xfinity....I know 100 percent it works xfinity simply wont alow that phone on there network or their imei system ..... or both... Because I have Put other imei numbers of Xfinity phones that are paid off that aren't being used in xfinitys byod imei checker and it says they're not compatible that's ridiculous it works on the variety of them it works on T-mobile it works on cricket it works in AT&T it works on X-mobile and it works on Xfinity with another Xfinity SIM card in it from somebody else's phone boost ,us mobile, visible...... Only one cell phone company provider that it doesn't work on quite literally is Xfinity, however like I said it does work on Xfinity xfinity just Won't allow it or something funny enough on X mobile they piggyback off of Xfinity Mobile so how is that work? This also happens to happen a lot more with 5G Now if you put in a 4G Ltd phone it's far more likely to be compatible weird that's weird I don't know I guess I don't know what to do I feel like I was lied to I spent several $100 and have a active xfinity phone number But I can't use it because you won't even give me credit on my new phone but you did a while back and my credit only increased since then so I don't get it I haven't missed the payment you guys are just working the hell out of me off charge me 400 bucks a month for service take away my credit tell me a phone will work when it doesn't after I buy it I mean now I have i'm paying for Xfinity Mobile and don't have a phone to work and if you suspend the line it doesn't make a difference you still get billed for it so what's the point of suspending the line. You Have done me dirty and considering I've been a customer since literally You put Coaxial cables to my neighborhood I've never gotten one little perk from you guys nothing but problems...... I'm embarrassed to say I've spent about $150,000 in bills from Comcast And still get BS service
