Stolen iPhone 15 trade in and lied to

I have spent hours and hours have all the transcripts and recordings . The first thing that happed was I lied to about a “free”iPhone watch but nothing was free I have put ticket after and spent hours and hours trying to get an answer why I was lied to. The second thing is I sent my iPhone 15 to them for a trade in of $500 I once again have spent hours and hours just to be told a ticket would be raised. I call again tonight and they said they don’t have a supervisor to speak with and they need raise another ticket. At this time is asked for my iPhone 15 to just be returned at this time they say your phone was approved 38 minutes and will be applied as credit.  I told them no you have had my phone for 1 month and not one dollar has been applied. At this point there lying and stealing from the customers! If someone can please call me or email back with the next steps that need to be taken these companies are with billions and shame on them from stealing from a poor family of 5!

I contact the FTC and BBB next step is small claims! This is so wrong I have all the call recorded!
