Why is my phone in SOS mode saying “no sim”

With the "No SIM" message being displayed, that usually indicates that there is no pSIM or eSIM installed/activated. This will populate the SOS messaging on the device for emergency messaging. I recommend visiting our 'What do I do if my eSIM or physical SIM (pSIM) card isn't working?' support page on how to troubleshoot and recover an eSIM to reactivate the Xfinity Mobile services on the device.
