SMS Deactivated a few weeks ago, now can't be reactivated
I was on Xfinity Chat a few weeks ago and had SMS/MMS deactivated on one of my phone lines. I now need it back to confirm some security related verifications, and no one in Chat has successfully been able to turn it back on. I deactivated it for my mental health, and I opened a separate line for work to help alleviate some of those concerns. Now I just need my SMS/MMS turned back on. Of course iMessage works, but not normal text messaging.
