Rebate Due
The latest ticket number is [Edited: "Personal information"]. This is beyond frustrating. Can someone please address this. From what I understand, this is what happened: I transferred my service from Verizon to Xfinity. I needed two new iphone 16's. The store had one so they ordered one online for me. This order was later canceled by the xfinity store and I received an iphone 16 directly from them. This caused my returned phone to somehow not be considered part of the $600 promotional credit. I received $231 for the phone but we are due $600 for it. I'm due a $369 credit. I need someone to help address this. The individual I worked with at the xfinity store was Jason Corbett.
