Promotion - "Get iPhone 17 Pro on Us" - Didn't work for Us

The promotion "Get iPhone 17 Pro on Us" - Get up to $1,100 rebate when trading in an eligible cellular phone and upgrade to Premium Unlimited Line.  This is just my opinion, but is this an example of "Bate & Switch"? 

In September 2025, I traded in two iPhone 13's during this promotion. I explicitly asked the sales representative that if we took this promotion what would be our cost.  I was informed that the phones would, in essence, be no cost if I had Xfinity internet (we do) and upgraded to the Premium Unlimited Lines, which we did. The cost of the phones would be issued as a credit on our bill over the next 24 months.   I was told our bill would go up @$20 to about $85 per month.  We accepted the promotion and received the two iPhone 17 Pro's.  We mailed in our iPhone 13's. The only option that was available.  We could not turn in the phones at a Xfinity store, nor were we allowed to ship both phones together. 

Five months of numerous telephone calls (7 calls February) we continued to resolve the issues on our account: 

1.  Xfinity stated that they never received one of the iPhone 13's, though both were mailed at the same time

2.  My iPhone 13 account was only created with $700, not the actual cost of the iPhone 17 Pro.  I was informed by Xfinity support that the iPhone 13 was only eligible for a $700 credit.  

3. So. we end up paying about $ 80 a month more the phones that was advertised as "Get iPhone 17's on US."

4. I kept asking why my monthly Xfinity Mobile bill fluctuated between $132 and $177 ever since we upgraded our phones.  No answer from Xfinity support.

5.  The current monthly statement says we are past due approximately $86.  We have been on Auto Pay since March 2023.  Figure that one out, Xfinity couldn't for two months.

And the rest of the story is: I am switching to T-Mobile, though my monthly bill will be higher and the reception not as good either.
