We do not have access to provide a Port-Out PIN. Due to fraud and more, we only provide self-service options to receive the PIN. You can learn more by visiting our 'How do I cancel my Xfinity Mobile service?' support page for steps on receiving the Port-Out PIN.

I just spent 45 mins with xfinity chat customer service and they sent me down a rabbit hole to a dead end.
I’m not sure what ti do. Chat told me to “try again in 24 hours.
What a scam. I’m hoping the BBB will help. I feel it’s my only option.
