Please provide corporate information
I need corporate phone number or email. As I have done enough troubleshooting. Please do not respond with contact Xfinity mobile support as I have spent my whole day doing so. I placed a mobile order with an online chat agent for an Apple 16 pro max (Black Friday sale) had to call (844) 963-0011 for verification. He stated I can get a better deal, transferred me to a sales rep who said there are no offers and I have to pay for phone in full. Asked to speak to supervisor was on hold for over 1hour and 30 minutes then they hung up. I called (844) 963-0011, as they was the one who cancelled my order. She transferred me to support to try to bring my original order back said she could not. I have to wait up to 15 days for offers to show again. Told her the Black Friday sale will end by then she said sorry. I have been with Xfinity for 15 years this is just unacceptable. At this point you do not deserve my service. I never had an issue like this ever.
