Phone upgrade

I’ve been told 3 different things by 3 different operators today the incompetents is ridiculous I’ve been paying you guys for 3 years and when it comes to the upgrade Xfinity told me I have is now like pulling teeth one operator said go to the store near me Harlan from Seattle tod me he couldn’t help me I’m a loyal customer why are you guys treating me like [Edited: "Inappropriate Language"] and telling me different stories clearly Xfinity could care less about there loyal Customers
