Phone stolen during shipping

In march I ordered a new phone, signed for the phone with the fedex driver but when I opened the package there was only an iPhone package that was torn open and no phone inside. 
I have spent countless hours on the phone and messaging with associates and they just keep lying and lying! They won’t even send me a link to upload the police report that they asked for (filed that the first day). They just keep telling me…someone will call you, you will get and email within 24 hours, bla bla bla! I’ve talked to several “supervisors”, I’ve been nice I’ve been patient and just nothing! I paid the taxes on the phone to order and paid 3 months of the payment on the phone. If there is any advice out there please send it my way!

I went to the store today and turned in my modem and as soon as this phone is off my plan I will be going back to Verizon. 😞

  1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
