Phone Stolen by Fedex

I ordered a new phone on 4/5.  It was supposed to be delivered on 4/9, but the package did not contain a phone. I opened a case and almost a month later on 5/5 they FINALLY contacted me.  I provided the requested information.  I emailed them several times to ask if they had everything they needed.  Instead of replying, they closed my case and said open a new one if it was closed in error.  IT WAS CLOSED IN ERROR.  How do I get some help on this?  I am stuck.

When I opened the case I was told I would be contacted within 72 hours.  But in reality it was almost a MONTH later.
