Phone return

I purchased an s 25 the other day . I decided I did not want the phone because of a change in my finances. I have been attempting to return the phone for 3 days now in which quite possibly be the worst most time consuming process I have ever been through. After countless hours on chat , which by the way is terrible and several different agents who all swore there undying devotion to help me through this . I have still not been able to aquire a return label and return phone. I would have to write an essay to explain in detail all the issues with the process of returning this phone. So i will try to summarize. The app is terrible also it doesn't work half the time and when they tell me to use it to return the phone there is no option to return and cancel the line I was force to add before I could return it. I could have simply returned the unopened phone still in the box with ease and have all would have been fine. Instead I was told I had to activate it. OK. Problem is this put the number of the old phone I wanted to keep on it.  So in order to cancel the line and return phone I had to add another line at a cost of coarse. This created the problem of now my number is on a new phone and line I want to cancel so they had to switch the number back to the old phone. Which sounds like it should be a simple process. Well after 5 hours on chat last night. The agent was finally able to correct it. Was told all is fixed and I need to wait 30 minutes for changes to reflect. Then I can go into the app and services and return the phone and cancel line. Great .  Not so fast.  Even after waiting untill this morning to check and attempt to return since nothing ever takes 30 minutes I am still unable to return the phone through the app . There is no tab for a return. So again I used the xfinity assist then another agent who assured me that she would help with the return. After another 30 minutes on chat I was told she would send a shipping label to my email. I have not recieved saud shipping label as of yet. The return must be sent within 14 days to recieve a refund and cancel line. At this rate I won't make the 14 day window. Its been 3 days already and I haven't even gotten a label . Even if I get the label and ship ontime this will end up costing me an unreasonable amount of time and money. 2 line activation fees. Restocking fee.  Ne line charge on my bill. Who knows what else. So returning the phone will at minimum cost me 85 dollars in fees . In hindsight I should have just refused delivery of the phone. Lesson learned. I would appreciate someone who could at least help me aquire a return label so I can ship the phone back withing the return window so I dont end up being denied the return .
