Phone ordered from Xfinity marked as delivered but I did not receive
Hello,
this is regarding ticket number [Edited: Personal Information]
i ordered an iPhone from Xfinity. I received notice that it was delivered and signed for but I have not received the phone.
please help me process a refund for a phone i paid for and did not received.
