Phone ordered from Xfinity marked as delivered but I did not receive

Hello,


this is regarding ticket number [Edited: Personal Information]

i ordered an iPhone from Xfinity. I received notice that it was delivered and signed for but I have not received the phone.

please help me process a refund for a phone i paid for and did not received.

Have you had a chance to visit our 'How do I track and receive my Xfinity Mobile or NOW Mobile order?' support page on what to do with a damaged/missing delivery? We recommend following these steps. Also, a police report may be needed and other documents to help support the claim.
