Phone issues
My husband is having issues with his new Samsung and the employees at the Xfinity mobile store told him they aren't tech savvy and cannot fix his phone. This is not the first time. They told him to go to Best Buy but they only fix Apple phones. Why aren't the employees at the store trained?
