Phone hacked

I am very angry that someone hacked my phone through Xfinity Mobile App. They were able to switch my phone out with their phone and get ALL of my personal information,  banking accounts and third party money transfer apps. All my funds had to be froze, lost my whole identity because of this. Xfinity should not have let this happen! I will be opening a case.
