Pending transaction but no order attached
I have a pending charge from a online order I placed for mobile for phones. I was charged the tax on the phones but order was never created. Got no confirmation and no one can find the order to cancel it so I get my money released. I should not have to wait until the payment release on Thursday, which will be a week from when I placed the online order.

We completely understand why this is frustrating, especially when funds are being held even though no order was created.
If the transaction still shows as pending, it is typically an authorization hold rather than a completed charge. When checkout does not generate an order, there is no order available for us to cancel or payment available to refund. The hold normally expires automatically, and the timing of when those funds become available again is determined by the card issuer, which is likely why you were given Thursday as the release date.
You can contact your bank or card issuer to ask whether they can release the authorization sooner. If the charge posts instead of disappearing, or if it remains pending after Thursday, please let us know so the transaction can be reviewed further.
