Owed money can not get help
I've tried contacting xfinity over the same issue nearly 15 times in the last 4 months and I would really appreciate a resolution today. We submitted all documentation to be reimbursed for the payoff on both of our phones in March. I have never received the $216.06 gift card. I can see there is something on the incentive tracker for half the amount, so not only is the amount incorrect but I never got it. The amount shown on the tracker is only for one phone not both, but regardless I never got it and it's proving impossible to get a replacement for not only the original $108.03 but the entire amount which should be $216.06.
I've been given two differnt phone numbers to contact, neither one of them are able to find any informations for me [Edited: "Personal Information"]. I've been told to resubmit all documents, still nothing.
I've been given an ECM number- [Edited: "Personal Information"] and told a supervisor would be contacting me with a resolution within 48 hours, no help there either.
I've been told the issue was resolved and that my new gift card would be delivered in 2-3 hours, still nothing.
Given a refrence number for who knows what but here it is-[Edited: "Personal Information"]
I've been told the issue has been raised with several supervisors and that all I needed to do was approve them resending the gift card, which I couldn't do via the provided phone number because in their system my name and number didn't exist.
On Thursday 7/10 i was told by a supervisor to contact [Edited: "Personal Information"] again, and there were supposedly notes sent to them to corrct this, they again told me they have ZERO information for me and that my request was invalid.
I was told again on Saturday 7/12 that I would have a resolution in 24 hours and still have yet to hear from anyone!
I would appreciate an answer as to why I've been lied to and given the run around several times, and most of all I would like for my gift card that I was promised to be sent to me.
