new iPhone 17 pro ordered, Fedex package tampered with, phone stolen upon arrival

How do I contact the executive resolutions team? I have been sent everywhere and told to contact, fedex, file a police report, blacklisted the iPhone that was stolen---nobody seems to be able to get back to me in regards to replacing my stolen phone. when fedex delivered the package, the package had been opened. inside, the phone package was already ripped open, with the iPhone stolen. fedex denied the claim because they said xfinity needs to file a claim on my behalf OR provide me with a form to authorize me to file a claim. is anyone having issues with this? now im stuck with a monthly bill on a phone I never received.

LOL literally just happened to me. I expect to have the same thing happen based on all the same posts in the forum.

This same thing happened to me three times in the last month.  Two of those times, the boxes were empty.  Even worse, I never ordered any of these phones!  Xfinity is "investigating" the matter, but in the meantime, my credit card is being charged, and they won't remove the non-existent phones from my account until the investigation is closed.

@user_t2r5ya it took about 10-11 days for the matter to be resolved. literally the moment I posted on this forum, I received a phone call  like a day after. apparently the stolen phones have been an ongoing thing with fedex as the boxes arent necessarily concealed (it plainly says its from Xfinity Mobile on top of the battery warning on the box). Fed ex didnt do anything about it other than reject my claim b/c they said Xfinity would need to be the one who filed the claim on my behalf (as they are the shipper). It took me talking to several people that gave me generic answers and said I had to wait for the processing to go through. However, when I got the phone call yesterday from Xfinity Mobile, they said b/c of my history with xfinity/comcast/never late on payments/etc etc, they expedited the claim for me and voided the phone. Once my phone issue was resolved, I went ahead and went to the Xfinity Comcast store, sucked it up, and got a different color/memory than I wanted but ive got the iPhone 17 pro in tow now without having to worry about it being stolen in transit.

The bigger issue is that I didn't order anything; apparently someone has my account information.  I even changed the credit card I had on file, and it happened again anyway!  I can't even speak to an Xfinity rep without them sending me a verification code, yet someone can apparently order new phones on my account with no security checks in place.
