Need to get my phone unlocked
Why won’t Xfinity unlock my phone. I bought it out right almost a year ago. Unfortunately after my daughter passed away my son in law put me on his plan and did not give me any authorization on the account. My son in law knows I am planning to transfer to another carrier and tells me he can’t get my phone unlocked either. I am very frustrated that I can’t get any help from Xfinity. Isn’t there someone who can help me?
