Need New Trade-In Shipping Label - iPhone 16 Pro Max
I traded in my iPhone 16 Pro Max for an iPhone 17 Pro Max. The device was returned to me because "Find My" was still active. I have since disabled "Find My" and removed the device from my iCloud account.
I have called customer service multiple times and visited an Xfinity store, but I still have not received a new shipping label to send the phone back. I need a new RMA and label so I am not charged the full price for my new device. Please help!
