Need help with missing rewards and unexpected charges
Hi Xfinity Support,
I need help with a few issues on my account:
1️⃣ I am still waiting for my mobile rewards and a refund for a canceled security service.
2️⃣ Last year I paid high roaming charges that I tried to dispute but could not adjust.
3️⃣ Last month’s bill is higher than expected although the line is not used.
Could a support representative please contact me or tell me how to send a Direct Message?
