Need help activating Xfinity Mobile with Samsung Galaxy S9+
I was told by the Xfinity customer service person that my old Galaxy S9+ was compatible with Xfinity mobile. After installing the SIM card it ask me to download the Xfinity app. However, when trying to download the app from the Google Play store it tells me the "Your Device isn't compatible with this version".
How do I active my phone without the app?
