My phone is paid won't let me upgrade

I paid my phone off sons phone half way paid I have been a customer 3  years won't let me upgrade even though other phone is almost paid I always pay my bill I'm thinking of switching loyalty means nothing 😞

In addition, you may use our Secure Online Chat at xfinity.com/xfinityassistant/?channel=xMobile where an Xfinity Mobile expert is available 24/7! Have you used this feature yet?

I’m having the same issues. I have 3 lines with two devices paid in full and a third with only 8 payments to go. Trying to upgrade mine and my wife’s phone but it’s telling me I have 0 qualifying lines? I’d like to upgrade to the new I phone 16 but looks like I’ll have to go through someone else.
