Mobile Trade in - more than 3 months and no credit applied to my account

It's been a nightmare, I have called customer care multiple times but no resolution has been found. I traded my two phones back in September, as per the offer I am supposed to get monthly credit after they received the phones, however, no credit yet into the account, the phone was delivered within few days the trade in happened. I opened the case but none provides a responsible answer.. I am worried and disappointing service at Xfinity mobile.

To send a direct message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct messaging" icon near the top right of the page

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it

finally, after struggle fighting with these support folks. I have filed a compliant with Federal Communications Commission(FCC) against Xfinity mobile for these trade-in [Edited: "Inflammatory"] with multiple customers.
