Mobile shipping problems/refund–no solution
Today is 3/5/26, I have been communicating with Xfinity mobile since 2/24/26 about the wrong shipping address for an Apple Watch promo that I attempted to redeem. I have went to 2 separate locations, made at least 5 phone calls, one even through the store for more “efficient” help and STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A RESOLUTION. I don’t want the watch anymore. All I requested was a refund for the taxes paid on the watches (~$52 total) and still can’t get that.
The first address was at an apartment I haven’t lived at in 4+ years (you would think the mobile address would update when the internet service does). To which a support ticket was made THE SAME DAY stating the address was invalid yet FedEx STILL delivered the watch and someone at that address signed for it.
The second address was my former apartment. But it did not arrived before I moved (I was moving to another state the 26th night which I mentioned several times to the customer service rep on the phone before ordering the watch on the 24th. The lady said it will be there before I move– it did not get delivered until the next day). Fortunately, FedEx did not have a random person sign for that one so it was sent back to a FedEx location to be sent back to Xfinity warehouse. The customer service rep explained that it was sent back on 3/2/25 yet still not at the warehouse. This issue has been extremely time consuming and frustrating. And no one in customer service can help.
Not to mention that my current out of state address couldn’t be updated within Xfinity store nor over the phone (direct number given via “efficient” video call) for the Apple Watch to be sent directly to me because Xfinity isn’t supported in that area. Please just refund me my money.
