mobile phone

i have been trying for over two weeks to return the mobile phone..have not gotten ANY help whatsoever.  they keep saying that i should receive the forms to return the phone but after more than two weeks and repeated calls have not received anything.  

just so you know have contacted usa.gov.complaints, illinois attorney general, bureau of commerce protection.  if this is not resolved ASAP further organizations will be contacted,
