Misleading information

Dear Executive Customer Relations,

I am writing to file a complaint regarding the advertised ”$300 off no trade-in” promotion for existing Xfinity Mobile Unlimited customers.

The promotion terms clearly state:

“Existing Xfinity Mobile Unlimited customers only… Must redeem offer and enter unique promo code at checkout.”

The terms do not state that the customer must be on a Mobile Plus or Premium Unlimited plan. However, when I contacted Xfinity Mobile, I was told that the promotion is only available to Premium Unlimited customers, which directly contradicts the written offer.

My family’s Xfinity Mobile account has an existing Unlimited line in good standing, and we are attempting to upgrade that line with an eligible device under a 36-month device payment agreement, as required by the promotion.

I respectfully request that Xfinity:

  1. Honor the promotion as it is written.
  2. Provide the required unique promo code if our account is eligible.
  3. If the promotion is actually limited to Premium Unlimited customers, provide the written terms that explicitly state this requirement, as it is not disclosed in the offer I reviewed.

I appreciate your prompt review and look forward to your response.
