Hi @user_0afi8k, I know how alarming it can be when something so unexpected happens. Sometimes these moments cloud our judgement, and we forget to consider some things. Have you made sure the orientation of the charger is correctly matched with the charging port? You could also have some debris stuck in your charging port, this can usually be fixed by blowing into the charging port.
