Live Agents Lying
I wish you could just speak to an American, but I keep getting random Indian people on the Live Chat who will just lie to your face. My eSIM is not working, though 5 people we have tried to remove my previous providers eSIM to no avail. So they want to order me a physical SIM, sure ok. But after 2 weeks still nothing. After 2 days and every day since, I keep asking for the tracking number. But every new day is a new India live chat person who says “sorry about that, I’ll order it now” but nothing happens. Idk what to do! Will no one just order this [Edited: "Profanity"] pSIM? I am going to drive to the store now. [Edited: "Solicitation/Inflammatory"]
