Iwatch frim xfinity is a scam

Unfortunately i also fell in this scam. But I am within 14 business days. I activated return process within a day of receiving because the esim inside the watch was not working. The xfinity guy tried for 2 hours and gave up. 
He was trying to charge me 35 dollars for return but ultimately he agreed to waive it also. 
i had similar issue last year also when They offered me a free phone line with internet.

when i asked help from thier store in Lansing, they flatly refused to help saying that I did not but the service from the store. 
i was desperately searching the authority
