Issue with agents and calls
Hello,
I have spoken to many people regarding this issue. I am trying to upgrade to an iphone 17 pro max from the iphone 15 plus . I spoke to somebody to on the 9th and was told that I would get the $1100 and was told to wait as I would have liked to get it before the November 3rd (which is the online estimate for getting delivered)-I was also told I would not have to upgrade my line to the extra $10 however I know that was inaccurate

I have talked to someone on Friday-Which was the day to wait on. This is on the 10th. Now the promotion is gone and you guys are only offering $830.
I spoke to someone for over 3 hours was told escalation would handle this and I have not heard back. They said normally it is 5-7 business days but they would bump it up to where it wouldn't take as long.

I was told that I have to upgrade my line on Friday the 10th that they could do it but they needed to upgrade my plan- So I upgraded my plan and then they said they can't do it either as the promotion is gone now. So they sent it to escalation.
This is has been very upsetting as we have been with this company for years over 10 plus years and this is how we are treated? I have been on the phone for over 4+ hours and told no one can help me. You're manager was no help over the phone and was completely silent over the phone.
