IPhone Trade in
Xfinity app is showing that I can trade in my iphone 14 pro max (no damage) for $850. But when i add it to card i only see $250 credit. I went to 3 different stores but they have no idea why i am not getting trade in value. why fake advertisement if you will be not give credit even after fulfilling all requirements.

I would be more than happy to offer my assistance looking into this further for you. Are you referring to the promotion for up to $830.00 off select Apple, Samsung, Google, and Motorola devices that ends on 11/18? I am looking over the promotion for you and the Iphone 14 pro max is not listed as eligible. It would be for Apple 14, 15, 15 plus,15 pro max and up to the Iphone 17. The qualifying phones are the ones listed on the Xfinity mobile site that have the blue promotion box.
