iPhone not showing mobile boost after upgrading plan and adding a line

I upgraded my Xfinity mobile plan to mobile plus and added a line & new phone 17 pro for hubby, now my iPhone 13 no longer shows the Xfinity mobile boost only his does, Xfinity mobile & Xfinity internet both said they cannot fix this what do I do now? AI and co-pilot said to call them, which I did but neither the Mobile department nor the internet department could fix this, they kept telling me to turn the option on for my iPhone 13 in the App but there is not option to do that, one rep said it's because Xfinity Mobile & Xfinity Internet have to activate it. I spend 8 hours on the phone & on chat and got nowhere, HELP!

@gray517, thanks for taking the time to post on our Xfinity Community Forums page. The Boost a Device feature allows you to prioritize a specific device on your home Wi-Fi network for a better connection, especially during high usage times. You may have to remove the boost from your husband's device to be able to add yours. Here is some information on Using the Boost a Device feature. Let me know how that helps.

There was no option on the APP to remove his phone from boost and no option on the APP to add my phone to boost, both phones are the Xfinity mobile plus plan so according to the features page of the plan and the fine print they both should have the boost feature, I scheduled an in-store appointment but luckily it magically started working on both phones, so I am set.
