iPhone 17 Pro Max order: Can I grab it in-store instead?

Hey everyone, quick question—does anyone know if it’s possible to convert an online order to in-store pickup at a nearby location that has the item in stock?

My spouse’s iPhone 17 Pro Max (Silver) was delivered today—they got the shipping notification yesterday. I still haven’t received any shipping info for my iPhone 17 Pro Max (Deep Blue). I figured mine would have come first since it seems to be in lower demand!

Not a huge deal if it’s not possible—I just wanted to see if it’s even an option!

FedEx stolen my iPhone 17 pro max as well as my daughter iPhone 17 pro. It happened three weeks ago, Xfinity has done nothing so far. It supposed that they will send an email address to submit the police report, they never sent it

Following my post above, as I said they never sent me the email address nor a text message. Also, by their mistake they did not apply the trade on one of the iPhone that we bought and they don’t want to fix it. The last time, after an hour and a hour and a half of taking with and agent I requested to talk with a supervisor, they told me that he or she will call me in five minutes, I am still waiting for the call….two days ago.
