Insurance claim rejection due to xfinity incorrect informamtion

Xfinity paired my second device like a watch they corrected the information by creating ticket an additional temporary number. The wrong device storage and color was entered.  Put in an insurance claim that was rejected because the device could not be verified for coverage on the date was said to not be covered on the date. When my ticket was entered to update information and i was told ot matly take up to  30 days. I need this updated and handle.
