IMPOSSIBLE to view or transfer mobile services

I am simply trying to transfer my mobile service provider since I found a cheaper option (after having to disconnect from their internet/mobile bundle after a move). 

They have made it IMPOSSIBLE to even review my billing and account number and I have called multiple times and spoken to many different people who did not help me. I got referred to the webpage which I explained did not work, yet that seemed to be all they could do. Absolutely crazy to be given the run around so many times. I still do not have a solution unless their mobile website decides to work. One guy even told me I did not have an xfinity mobile account...calling from my xfinity number...that I pay $50 a month for.....Finally I got a helpful human being (thank you Noah) who told me my only option was to go to a physical store. I think this is unacceptable for a major provider and I look forward to sharing my experience with others to deter them from xfinity mobile services.

To send a "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support:

 • Click "Sign In" if necessary

 • Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging 

 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

 • Press Enter to send it
