I’m not receiving the PIN text message for transfer to another carrier

I’m requesting to cancel my account and transfer my number, but I don’t receive any text messages from xfinity.

not even verification codes.

this is absolutely ridiculous and I’m not able to even login to my account anymore.

You can visit our 'Update your Xfinity account contact information and preferences online' support page to ensure the contact information is correct for receiving the transfer PIN. If the information is correct, the next step is to visit a local Xfinity Store with proper ID for verification. With the transfer PIN, receiving through the Xfinity Assistant or Xfinity Store is the only way to receive the PIN. This is to help prevent fraud. it does not work Xfinity makes it near impossible to cancel or transfer your service without physically driving there to do so - horrible horrible people
