@XfinityLinda I don’t know if I got a purchase order for iPhone 14 back in November 17 2023 but it wasn’t paid off then. I’m in need of my receipt when I paid it off may 25 2025 need a imei number and serial number xfinity mobiles name total paid for it and my name for apple to show ownership . They’ve told some real good excuses like we have no way to send it to you , or you made payments or you can go to orders page and take a screen shot this ain’t rigor you went to store and bought a phone you would expect a receipt, right sure you would. So do I so give me my receipt not 24 pages of payments oh I forgot you can’t send me nothing but you just sent 24 pages of monthly payments.
user_4fe2c0, It is true that I won't have a way to directly send you a copy of a receipt. However, your final statement should include your balance, device information, and device payments.
