I want a refund and a shipping label!
I purchased a phone through Xfinity, and not only they sent me the wrong phone, but im still waiting for them to issue a return label.
I was told I needed to activate the line, I called and agent to do so, and they left me without service for 48 hrs. I had to use a work phone, I spent over 6 hrs on the phone with them and they were not able to restore my line. I switched carriers and I was able to get my number and service back. Ive been asking xfinity to send me a shipping label to return the phone, I spent hrs on the phone with them and they still afyer almost one month issue a returne label! This is a scam! Never ever purchase a phone through xfinity!!!

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
