I need help with the situation

So I got the internet but then I couldn't figure out how to get the deal with the pro Max iPhone 16 and I can start talking to a chat agent named Steve I downloaded a whole trip transcript repeat assured me everything was ordered and p

rocessed and everything like that and I should receive it within two days I have to hold transcript so I call this number they gave me and I talked to one of the managers and she didn't want to hear it she was so rude to me I have an email proven that I qualify for the phone and they're trying to say it's a fraud but it's all through Xfinity site they said they're going to do investigation on it and they can't get me no phone they can't do nothing for me and I just lost my wife to appendicitis man I'm stressed out bro and this is insanity but I don't know what I should do is I gave this man my social security and birthday and he said he had all types of good offers for me and then I called that number and they said that there's nothing like that but then I got an email saying that I have the plan and all that

@Waynelev The email confirming your order came directly from Xfinity correct? It might take a little more than 2 days to receive the order. It was just a holiday and now the weekend. You will receive an email when it ships with tracking info.
