I have talked to xfinity on multiple occasions to no avail.Insurance needs to be added on my blue iPhone 17 Pro Max.As soon as possible
I was supposed to have insurance added to my blue iPhone 17 Pro Max that I purchased at this point.Just outside of 30 days ago, when I bought the device, I requested that insurance be added. At this point, it has not been. Everyone tells me that the only way to get insurance on my device is by upgrading my plan, which would increase the monthly cost from $160 to $181. That makes absolutely no sense. I've been with Xfinity for over a year and feel I am owed some resolution. It’s very inconvenient to find out I don’t have insurance, then have to go into Xfinity/Comcast five different times without any resolution, when all I wanted was to add insurance to my phone. They are mentioning that my diagnostic 'Cannot be completed.' I called customer service after my last E.C.M. ticket was closed. They said they would submit a tech spot ticket to bypass the issue and get the insurance on my phone. However, the agent I spoke to over the 1-800 number submitted another ECM ticket instead of creating a tech spot ticket as I requested on my account. I am very upset.
