I bought a new phone and did not get a credit for the phone the sales person took from me.

I purchased a new phone on Apple iPhone 15 on 8/19/24. 

They used my phone Apple iPhone 7 to transfer my information and did not give to back to me or give me a credit for the phone they took from me.
