How to activate wifi calling

The cell service at my home location is very weak. When trying to activate wifi calling, I get a message "To allow Wi-Fi calling on this account, contact Xfinity Mobile". I can't find any way to contact Xfinity Mobile other than perhaps this forum. The AI assistant is of no help. I have an iphone XS with ios 18.3.2 and carrier Xfinity Mobile 62.0

@XfinityJorge  I already followed the steps in that article. The response I quote is what my phone says after it tries to turn wifi calling on. It says to contact you.
