how do I delete the PIN that allows me to open my phone? I am locked out by the key lock PIN.

My current, and only PIN, does not work on my Samsung phone. It has me locked out so I cant use my phone. The reset option says I need to enter my last pin before this one, but that doesnt work because I dont have a previous pin.

Good morning @user_caxuym, and thanks for posting to the Xfinity forums, I hope you are having a good day so far. I am sorry to hear about the issues you are having with your mobile device, I know how frustrated I would be if I were unable to access my mobile device. If you are currently locked out of the phone, you can try using the find my mobile service, which can be used to unlock your device without erasing your data. If you go to findmymobile.samsung.com and sign in to your account, you should be able to unlock the phone.

Thank you. Unfortunately that web site does not give me the option to unlock my phone.

user_caxuym, we apologize about that. The other option is, we can provide you with the steps needed to factory erasing your device, or you're able to visit a local phone repair shop that can assist you with the factory data reset. You will still need your google account information in the event it is associated with your device. Would you like that?

I ended up doing a factory hard reset. I dreaded doing that because I knew it would be a pain setting it back up. It was. Thank you for your suggestions.

The concern is not "accessibility / disability" help related............ Topic moved here to the proper help section.
