Final Bill

I have been trying since April 18 th 2025 to get my final bill. I have talked to 5 customer service reps. One chat rep and went into the store. They have told me they will send it by email but I have received nothing.

Hey @user_59r8rd, Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. We would be more than happy to go over the Xfinity account and billing details with you, but we would not be able to resend a copy of the final service bill. Once services are discontinued, a final bill will be mailed to the billing address. You should be able to visit a local Xfinity Store where they may be able to print a copy (if available).
