Excellent customer service

We have gone to the store on multiple occasions starting in september to get my ex husband a new phone since it is no longer charges.  We were told on all these occasions that december first would be the best time for him to get a phone since he would get the most for his old one. So we end up going yesterday for the third time and were told that we had to come back tomorrow. My ex husband owns its own construction business, and anybody who's been in this business understands that time is money, especially during the holidays.Where everybody wants it done yesterday. I also have to rearrange my schedule to make sure that my kids are watched.So I can go so they don't have to sit there for lengthy periods of time.Where yesterday I was unable to do that.And had to bring them with me, including my one sick one. Stephen was exceptional in not only sorting out a major issue we had with accounts, but setting my ex up to have smooth sailing when getting his new phone today. He was also great with my children and was a pleasure to deal with. Give that man a raise. MANAHAWKIN STORE!!!
